Design Process

Every project is priced on its own merit, we do not use a standard pricing structure.

Every commission is truly bespoke and is priced accordingly. However, as a guide if you are looking to redesign one room then please allow £825 plus VAT.

Step 1 - Design Consultation

Our initial consultation can be conducted either onsite, over the phone or via a web call. During the consultation we shall discuss your wishes, the property, budget and timeframes etc. Gathering this level of information at the very start enables us to form a true understanding of your vision. We shall cover areas such as personal and lifestyle preferences, design likes and dislikes and any bespoke requirements you may have.

Following this meeting we shall outline in writing the scope of work along with a fee and payment proposal.

2

Step 2 - Design Concept

Expanding on the design consultation we shall create a design concept which will include layout options, proposed materials, furniture items, sample trays etc. This step is very visual and helps to breathe life into the design. Dependent on the complexity of your project it may be appropriate to create CAD and 3D rendered drawings this will be confirmed during the initial consultation step.

3

Step 3 - The Finer Detail

Here we tweak the design concept and move into the finer detail. The team accurately develops every element of your project which is likely to include lighting, electrics, interior construction requirements, flooring, window treatments, artwork and so on. Each room / space will have a full detailed specification finalising the agreed finishes and products.

Step 4 - The Buying Stage

With sign off on the finer detail we commence the purchase phase and organise delivery and commence installation. We have an extensive network of tried and tested trades and bespoke suppliers that we can use, alternatively we are happy to work with your own.

Step 5 - Project Coordination

With sign off on the finer detail we commence the purchase phase and organise delivery and commence installation. We have an extensive network of tried and tested trades and bespoke suppliers that we can use, alternatively we are happy to work with your own.

Step 6 - Handover

On handover day we normally walk through the property with you to ensure everything is as it should be. Equipment and technology demonstrations are often organised and a full maintenance and care pack will be made available. With our clients consent a video and photos of the property will be taken which will act as a reference point for the future.
